O-RID Co. Ltd (referred to below as `the company`) uses any acquired personal data in one of the following ways. In all cases data is handled with extreme caution, in line with the company’s compliance program.
Acquisition and use of personal data

- The processing of data
- Performing count calculation on the data
- The following data is regularly processed Information about employees, Human resource management, Salary payment, insurance.
- Contact information for clients may be used when documents or direct contact is required.
- Information pertaining to stockholders will be used for the maintenance of stock indices.
Regarding Third Parties
We do not give personal information to third parties without your prior consent. In instances when information is provided to third parties the company will notify you before the data is transferred, in accordance with our regulations. Exception to this will only be when disclosure is required by law.
About the consignment
When information is passed to companies O-RID has judged trustworthy, a non-disclosure clause is included in the contract. Furthermore, the original information remains protected under O-RID`s personal information protection management system.
Concerning the disclosure of personal information
Clients may request that the purpose of any third party disclosure be given after the information is transferred. (provided in document form). There may be cases, however, where this information cannot be provided e.g. where the disclosure could potentially harm the business operations of the third party.
Amendments, cessation, deletion
We maintain the most up-to-date records to the best of our ability. Corrections to data, cessation of service and deletion of file records occurs only after we have verified the identity of the request. In addition, in cases of alleged error the data will be rigorously reconfirmed. Please contact us with any other queries relating to this matter.
The use of cookies
When a visitor accesses our site, a ‘cookie’ will be sent to the visitor’s computer. This is text file to store necessary information to allow the visitor easier access to O-RID’s site in the future. The cookie cannot transfer any personal information, such as name, address, phone number, or e-mail address.

Where a visitor accesses an external site from a link on the O-RID website the company cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from the external site.
